The Gaels Go Further Program, a networking program for students, hosted more than 130 people in the LaPenta School of Business Atrium on Tuesday, April 14 for its end-of-year celebration.
Students and faculty gathered to share their Iona experiences with mentors, who are successful alumni in their fields, and have a good time. Since its inception five years ago, over 350 students have passed through the GGFP.
“It is rewarding to see the students making connections with alumni,” said Matthew Ricker, assistant director for student-alumni engagement, “I hope that the connections continue to develop for years to come.”
The GGFP will continue to provide valuable resources to students and connect alumni with current students.
