Breakfast is often dubbed as the most important meal of the day and for good reason as it is the first meal of the day but often overlooked and underappreciated by many due to its placement in one’s day, but there are a lot of benefits and enjoyability found when eating breakfast. Breakfast allows for a lot of delicious and nutritious foods to be enjoyed. Breakfast foods can range from sweet to savory to everything in between.

A heavy breakfast can consist of multiple pairings of foods like sausage and bacon with eggs alongside pancakes or waffles. Heavy breakfasts are better suited for those who have a long day ahead and are unsure lunch will be an option.

Sweet breakfasts are consisted of foods such as cereal, pancakes, waffles, French toast, or breakfast crepes. The debate of which of those are the best breakfast sweet treats is a commonly discussed topic, but each has their own flavorful factors.

Breakfasts do not just consist of food as many drinks also coincide with breakfast time such as orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee and smoothies. Each drink considered for breakfast can be paired differently to allow for a different spread of flavor combinations.
