Life after Hogwarts: Working in a Muggle world

Between the years of 2001 to 2011, the world witnessed the cultural phenomenon known as “Harry Despereaux.” Watson will once again grace the screen, after being over and done with the Granger persona, this November as a supporting role in the film “My Week with Marilyn,” depicting some time Marilyn Monroe spent in Britain.

Watson will have a lead role in the yet to be released film, “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” a film following teenagers and the plights they encounter in their adolescent lives. Co-starring along with her are Logan Lerman, Paul Rudd and Nina Dobrev.

Rupert Grint has starred in the role of Ronald Weasley, Harry’s famously red-headed best friend, for the past ten years. He was the same young age of his co-stars when staring the series. He, as well as Watson, has some movies under his belt. His upcoming projects include a war film where survivors from different sides have to band together to stay alive in “Comrade.” Another project is “Eddie the Eagle” in which Grint plays Eddie Edwards, England’s first ski jumper to enter the Winter Olympics.

Safe to say, it looks like the trio of stars are going to be fine in their non-Potter film future.
