As you walk through New Roc, you may come across Anderson Street. What many fellow Gaels don’t know is that on that street there’s a café that will satisfy your taste buds as well as your wallet! The New Roc Café serves every meal of the day ranging from breakfast sandwiches to grilled sirloin steaks. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, and daily lunch specials for $8 including a can of soda.

The recommended item on the menu was their cheeseburger because “you can never go wrong with that,” said owner, Mr. Soto. He was right. Their burger was amazing. The meat was tender and easy to devour. Served with fries and a can of soda for $5.50, the meal was extremely satisfying and filling. The best part is that all of you can be just as satisfied because they’re on our meal plan!

Along with great food, they also have free Wi-Fi for all you studious Gaels. So whether you’re on the go or want to sit and eat, stop by the New Roc Café located on 19 Anderson Street, just a Gael Express ride away or a simple walk across the street for Marriot Residents. You’ll be pleased with the variety of food they have and you’ll love that it won’t eat up your off-campus money.
