Backstreet Boys are back, joining forces and touring with New Kids on the Block. But who doesn’t know that? Everyone knows the “boys” and “kids” have teamed up to make one of the greatest tours for the teen in our hearts, NKOTBSB.

If one would like to see the NKOTBSB concert with front row center seats in the Backstreet Boys hometown of Orlando, be prepared to pay a whopping $843/per ticket. (And that’s before tax and those sneaky little Stubhub fees). Is it worth $1,000 to see the boys that have turned into men dripping with sweat, serenading fans to their favorite tunes? Probably, but only if people are the biggest fans around.

Even if one can’t afford to see the ever-so-awesome concert, there is good news; the boys have decided to collaborate on a hit single titled, “Don’t Turn Off the Lights.” The single mixes vocals from members from each of the groups, with upbeat tempos and catchy lyrics that make you want to fist-pump (or be nostalgic and sing into your hairbrush).

New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys are coming together to create a new supergroup album just for their fans. The album is set to release May 24 and will include new songs (including the hit single, “Don’t Turn Off the Lights”) plus the bands’ biggest hits as voted by their fans at nkotbsbvote.com. Fans can also pre-order a copy of the album while checking out the site.

So reminisce! Blast the headphones with the greatest hits everyone loves from the boys and kids, get the posters back up, and the concert shirts out from the back of the close, Backstreet (and NKOTB) is back! Awaken the teeny-bopper within and mic-check your hairbrush. Move over, Jason Derulo (and any other rookies out there), the pros are back.
