People we will miss and also not miss during lockout

The first two weeks of the NBA season are already going to be missed due to the lockout, and if even more basketball was to be missed, I came up with a top three list of things fans will miss and will not miss at the same time.

Fans will first miss the Miami Heat. This team has some of the greatest players in NBA history. Superstars Dwayne Wade and Lebron James lead a team that was expected to win in their first season. All-star Chris Bosh also compliments Wade and James. Fans will certainly miss this entertaining big three after season one’s failure. The team certainly should be hungry as ever and also prepared this time if they get a chance.

Kobe Bryant is the second thing fans will miss. This living legend is one of the most talented and exciting players to ever play the game of basketball.

His pristine shooting and unbelievable ball handling skills will be missed. It would be unfortunate for Kobe and the fans to miss a season of his talented play.

Rounding out the top three, fans will also miss players getting into trouble. It can be a fight in the stands, a fight with a coach or players. They will also miss watching stars getting in trouble with drugs or getting caught in a scandal. No one likes to see someone fail, but for some reason fans take pleasure in seeing famous people fail.

On the other side of the coin, the fans will also not miss the Miami Heat. The Heat are one of the most hated and obnoxious teams in NBA history. Their leader, James, is one of the most hated players in the history of sports. This team can be described as arrogant, self-centered and egotistical. Millions of fans would not mind  sacrificing a season so they would not even have a shot at winning a championship.

Second on the list is Kobe. The all-star is not liked by all. If  not a fan, he can come off as arrogant, and a ball hog. There are fans that would love to not see his face on highlight reels all winter.

Lastly, people would not mind missing players getting into trouble. Getting in trouble with the law is not a good idea, and it really annoys fans to hear these headlines.

These supposed role models let their fans down, and people certainly would not mind a break from being bombarded from the latest scandal as the center of attention.
