Last Spring’s season finale of Fox’s hit show “Bones” shocked fans with two fateful words: “I’m baby.”

Things are looking up for “Bones.” The second episode of season seven brought in 8.6 million viewers.  The beloved characters Booth and Brennan have “looked like they’ve changed” as Hanson says, but, in reality, they are still very much the same.

Although Booth and Brennan are now expecting, their characters have the same witty demeanor of past seasons. The reasons fans love the couple haven’t changed.

Brennan remains awkward, socially and emotionally challenged in her humorous way. Booth is still the no-nonsense, tough FBI agent with a heart of gold. These two seemingly contrasting personalities mesh together perfectly on the show, creating a dynamic that is adorable, laughable, frustrating and captivating all at the same time.

Things are looking good, and Hanson seems confident that they will stay that way. As the three episodes that have aired thus far will attest, Booth and Brennan are still Booth and Brennan. “Bones” aficionados have nothing to worry about.
